Source Deli is the home/business/life of Paul Shiel and Matt Fallaize. We are two friends with over forty years combined experience in the food and drink industry. We set up Source to explore new ways in which to enhance our passions.

We stock some of the hard to find ingredients you need for a recipe, sell a wide range of Lancashire, North West and continental beers, have carefully selected, unique wines and our favourite local suppliers.

You can also sit in and enjoy a breakfast, lunch or platter from one of our regularly changing menus and sample some of our excellent craft beers or just have a really good cup of coffee and home made cake (who doesn't like cake?) We open late on Friday's so you can eat and drink up till 9pm.

If you don't have time to sit in then we offer a wide ranging take away menu of hot and cold foods whether you want one of our famous door step sandwiches, a freshly made salad or a full 3 course meal to enjoy at home.

OutSource aims to bring something different to outside catering across Ormskirk and Lancashire. We can discuss what ever type of event you are looking for. This can be a small bespoke meal to impress your friends, a full buffet (hot or cold) to entertain large numbers or a barbecue hosted by us to treat all your friends.
